I made a caramel tart with chocolate glaze/ ganache thing topped with some roasted chopped almonds. It was really hard work , but I was glad it kept me from being bored, though I was shaking like I had alzheimer's at the end of the whole process. I'm also slightly relieved that it isn't absolutely disgusting. It's edible, and that's good. It's also really rich, eek. I also working on a puzzle with my mom to keep me from being bored. It's fun...except the trees in the puzzle have it out for me. grrrr.

My mom also volunteered me to babysit a kid on Thursday...and I'm also making dinner that night....so hmmm..I have to figure out something to entertain this kid for 4 hours....

yaaaaay
I was bored today, yesterday I had thought about making another blueberry pie with all these blueberries we have...but then today..I just didn't feel up to dealing with all that pie drama. So instead .. I flipped through the same book and found a recipe for vegetable pot pie with a cheddar biscuit crust...I halved the recipe because 20 biscuits sounded like a lot...and then decided...not to do it? because I was like....maybe the biscuits have to be on the pot pie for some reason...then later...I was like what the hey...I'll do them anyway.  The result my beloved mutant biscuit children...who are actually quite delicious despite their deformed appearance.

But I still have to figure out how to use those blueberries....hmmm

Oh and I saw Whisper of the Heart today.....awwwwwww two thumbs up!
