I was browsing my local Barnes and Noble and this one book always caught my eye. Finally, I took the plunge and I bought Out by Natsuo Kirino. I have to say It's FANTASTIC! I'm only 136 pages in what with work and all, but by the 66th page..I WAS HOOKED! The characters are fantastic! It is a group of woman with just so many problems, and it makes you feel overwhelmed! It's such a vivid piece of work...which may or may not be a good thing since there's a murder and the subsequent hiding of the body involved ( use your imagination). I was reading it and I was like I have to see if this author has written anything else that has been translated into English. I bought another of her books, Grotesque.

I might be crazy, but I'm really enjoying this.

My only qualm is that the "villain" is ugly inside and out, and she just disgusts me so much...yuck
